ACKR3 is upregulated in many cancers and regulates cell survival and tumor growth.[22, 41] Our findings demonstrate that, although there is no direct interaction between JPT2 and ACKR3, overexpression of ACKR3 can reverse trophoblast adhesion, migration, and invasion caused by JPT2 deficiency. This evidence concerns the gene ACKR3 and neoplasm.
