In our cohort with CN-AML, patients with GATA2mut had similar age, sex, Hb levels, WBC counts, and BM blast percentages to those with wild-type GATA2; however, previous reports identified more frequent GATA2mut in AML patients <60 years old than in older patients ≥60 years, including CN-AML and non-CN-AML [22]. This evidence concerns the gene GATA2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
