As shown in Figure 5 and Supplementary Figure 1, under CRS, some splenic histological paraments (including the RPA, ALA, ALD, and CAD) exhibited negative correlations with the mRNA (expression profiles of HSPA2, MYD88, WNT5A, and PAK1) while the TLA exhibited positive correlations with the expression profiles of NF-κB1, HSPA2, MYD88, and PAK1. By contrast, under MRS, there appeared to be more pronounced positive associations between the splenic histological paraments (including the ALA, ALD, TLA, and TAD) and the mRNA expression levels of HSPA2, MYD88, NGF, SPI1, and VEGFA. This evidence concerns the gene HSPA2 and congenital rubella syndrome.
