CD34+ stem/progenitor cells isolated from five patients with CML-CP and one with CML-BP (ALL) (Supplementary Table S2) were infected with Cas9GFP/dualBA-sgRNA lentivirus (Cas9-BA) or control virus (NC) or without virus, and then, the GFP+ cells were sorted and used to analyze the genomic sequence alterations, fusion protein levels, cell survival, and cell colony formation. This evidence concerns the gene CD34 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
