Interestingly, we observed marked upregulation of a series of immune checkpoints (e.g., CD86, CD80, HAVCR2 and LGALS9) in most tumor infiltrating myeloid cells, and a unique pattern in TAMs (e.g., NECTIN2, TNFRSF14, CD276 and TNFRSF9) (Fig. 5O). The gene discussed is CD86; the disease is neoplasm.
