CD8A and infection: CD8+ T cells were mainly located in the T cell area of the white pulp (WP) on d30 after primary infection, and migrated to the red pulp (RP) where eosinophils were mainly located on d5 after secondary infection (Supplementary Fig. 1f), suggesting an interaction between eosinophils and CD8+ T cells in the red pulp of spleen post infection.
