TBC1D15 mRNA expression is elevated in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), while TBC1D15 mRNA expression is not significantly elevated in HCC (Supplementary Fig. 2a), indicating that posttranscriptional mechanisms are involved in increasing NOTCH1 protein expression in various tumor types, including cholangiocarcinoma, glioblastoma, acute myeloid leukemia, and ovarian cancer (Supplementary Fig. 2a, b). Here, TBC1D15 is linked to ovarian cancer.
