The remaining clinical features analyzed, such as age of onset (< 49 vs. > 50 and < 64 vs. > 65), KRAS and NRAS status, presence of recurrence, and lymph node metastasis (N) did not differ significantly between cases with tumors on the left side, right side, and rectum. Here, NRAS is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
