ACAT1 and cancer: The control group was the only one that had DAPs connected to Central carbon metabolism in cancer (P-value = 0.0174; NTRK1, PDHA1, PDHB, PFKL) and Lysine degradation (P-value = 0.0163; ACAT1, DLST, HADH, PLOD3); whereas the seaweed group increased the abundance of proteins that were related with myofibril assembly (P-value = 0.0143; CASQ1, NEB, TPM1, WDR1).
