Expression of ROR1 on breast cancer cells enhances activation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B family (AKT), and non-canonical wingless-type integration site family (Wnt) signaling pathways and has been associated with more aggressive disease and an enhanced metastatic trajectory [8–10]. This evidence concerns the gene ROR1 and breast cancer.
