Combined with the previous findings, it seemed that lung cancer cells became more sensitive to TNFSF10 by increasing the expression of TNFRSF10A, which led to an increased activation of the MAPK signaling pathway and the movement of various types of downstream transcription factors into the nucleus, which was ultimately manifested by upregulated protein and mRNA levels of CXCL8. Here, TNFRSF10A is linked to lung cancer.
