ATP1A2 and familial hemiplegic migraine: Phenotypic-genotypic correlations, particularly mutations in the genes CACNA1A (P/Q-type voltage-gated Ca2+ channel), ATP1A2 (Na+-K+ ATPase), SCN1A (voltage-gated Na+ channel), are observed in familial hemiplegic migraine, as well as in generalized and focal epilepsies (Chioza et al., 2001; Zangaladze et al., 2010).
