A meta-analysis of five randomized controlled studies found that the use of fibrosarcoma B-type (BRAF)/mitogen-activated kinase (MEK) inhibitors, such as vemurafenib-dabrafenib and encorafenib-trametinib, in the treatment of BRAF-mutant melanoma and BRAF-mutant colorectal cancer was also linked to hypertension, with a reported incidence of 19.5%46. Here, BRAF is linked to colorectal cancer.
