Evidence about the difference in the performance between high and low genetic risk for sporadic AD (i.e., APOE ε3ε3, APOE ε3ε4) was reported in six studies (Bierbrauer et al., 2020; Colmant et al., 2023; Coughlan et al., 2019, 2020; Gellersen et al., 2021; Kunz et al., 2015) and against healthy controls in two studies (Konishi et al., 2018; Pink et al., 2023).
