MTOR and neoplasm: Finally, miR-1290 overexpression decreased E-cadherin, increased vimentin, and the phosphorylation of mTOR and Akt in CAFs-miR-1290 mimics tumor tissues, while OGN overexpression exerted opposite effects in CAFs-lv-OGN tumor tissues; the effects of miR-1290 overexpression were partially reversed by OGN overexpression (Fig. 6G).
