As for LYAR, a nucleolar oncoprotein originally isolated from T-cell leukemia line, it has been reported to contribute to worse survive as well as less CD8 + T-cell infiltration in cancer, and own a negative correlation with the degree of CD8 + T-cell exhaustion in TIME, so we deduce that LYAR may act as an obstacle to the maturation of CD8 + T cells (Su et al. 1993; Baitsch et al. 2011; Sun et al. 2021; Wang et al. 2021). Here, LYAR is linked to T-cell leukemia.
