EIF3C and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: To examine the impact of EIF3C in the TIME, we first applied MCPcounter and ESTIMATE algorithms in GSE102349 cohort and found that low expression of EIF3C was associated with higher immune scores and T cells, CD8 + T cells, B lineage, NK cells, myeloid dentritic cells were more abundant in the EIF3C-low group (Fig. 1A, B), suggesting that NPC patients with lower EIF3C expression may possess a more favorable TIME.
