In addition, the majority of human malignancies analyzed revealed that “amplification” was the primary form of genetic modification, except for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, skin cutaneous melanoma, mesothelioma, and acute myeloid leukemia, in which “mutation” was identified as the predominant RFC4 genetic alteration (Figure 7A).
