CCKBR and gastric neuroendocrine tumor, well differentiated, low or intermediate grade: Netazepide has been called the gold standard for gastrin/CCK2R antagonists [29] and has been the subject of several clinical pharmacology trials [30,31,32,33,34] and trials for the treatment of patients with gastric neuroendocrine tumors caused by hypergastrinaemia secondary to chronic autoimmune atrophic gastritis [35] and for other conditions associated with hypergastrinaemia.
