NPPB and atrial fibrillation: In Model A (Table 3), a BNP level > 200 ng/L (HR = 2.20, 95CI% = [1.16–4.10]), the new onset of atrial fibrillation (HR = 2.70, 95%CI = [1.33–5.60]), and the RV systolic dysfunction, defined by an RV-LSF < 20% (HR = 2.80, 95%CI = [1.41–5.50]), were independently associated with MACE (all p < 0.05).
