Mutations were detected in 41 cases (33% of the 123 cases that underwent SOC testing), 19 with KRAS mutations, 14 EGFR, 5 BRAF,1 ROS1, 1ALK, and 1 ERBB2; only 4 out of 59 cases diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma received testing, with no mutations reported.
