In addition to these, we noticed differences in the impairment of glucose homeostasis induced by obesity between LanCL1 Ctr and cKO mice, and the obese cKO mice had higher levels of blood glucose, insulin, and leptin than the obese Ctr mice (Figure 3H–J).
