Bohush et al. reviewed a handful of the CaMBPs that are associated with PD (i.e., CaMKII, PP2B, NMDAR, AchR, Adenosine A2AR, and cdk5) but did not cover other critical CaMBPs discussed above (e.g., αSyn, Aβ, Tau, and D2DR) [125]. This evidence concerns the gene DRD2 and Parkinson disease.
