In our present study of stroke patients, we found that the high BDNF group (≥3.227 ng/mL) had significantly higher levels of HbA1C and TG; ratios of TC/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, and TG/HDL-C; and percentages of hyperlipidemia (60%), as well as lower levels of HDL-C and platelets. Here, BDNF is linked to hyperlipidemia.
