These findings indicate that the promotion of apoptosis and NLRP3 inhibition induced by HPK1 inhibition could affect anti-PD-1-mediated T-cell cytotoxicity, providing a potential therapeutic option for B-cell NHL, namely the combination of HPK1 inhibitor treatment and anti-PD-1 immunotherapy [206].
