SGF29 and hematopoietic and lymphoid cell neoplasm: Analysis of the cancer cell line transcriptomic (RNA-seq) and CERE score (a computational method to estimate gene-dependency levels from CRISPR-Cas9 essentiality screens) (26) databases (Fig. 1, F and G; total of 1095 cell lines; data source: https://depmap.org/portal/; BROAD Institute) revealed a significantly higher SGF29 expression and survival dependency in human blood malignancies (red; 114 cell lines) compared to other cancer cell types, highlighting a potential involvement of SGF29 in hematopoietic cancers.
