In a cross-sectional study involving 792 patients with CHD who underwent coronary angiography, it was found that among various lipid parameters and their ratios, the ApoB100/ApoA1 ratio was the only one positively correlated with the number of stenotic vessels (odds ratio = 3.14, 95% CI = 1.01–6.47, P = 0.048), independently. The gene discussed is APOA1; the disease is coronary artery disorder.
