In bladder carcinoma (BCa), exosomal brain cytoplasmic RNA 1 (BCYRN1) promoted the tube formation and migration of human lymphatic endothelial cells (HLECs), upregulating the Wnt family member 5A (WNT5A) gene expression by inducing hnRNPA1-associated H2K4 trimethylation in WNAT5a promoter, which activated Wnt/β-catenin signaling to facilitate the secretion of VEGF-C in BCa [111]. Here, BCYRN1 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
