We noticed (Figure 1E–H) that patients with AOSD had dramatically decreased numbers of CXCR5–CXCR3–CCR4+CCR6– Th2 cells within the total CD4+ T-cell subset if compared to the healthy control group (1.29% (0.81; 3.70) vs. 6.77% (4.62; 10.11) with p < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene CXCR5 and adult-onset Still disease.
