CD274 and neoplasm: In patients with stage II-IIIA NSCLC whose tumors expressed PD-L1 on ≥1% of tumor cells (PD-L1 TC ≥ 1%), the hazard ratio for DFS was 0.66 [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.50–0.88], while in patients with PD-L1 TC ≥ 50%, the resulting benefit was even greater, with a hazard ratio for DFS of 0.43 (95% CI 0.27–0.68).
