BRD9 and Familial prostate cancer: Interestingly, there was a high level of overlap in differentially regulated genes elicited via 2-77 and the SMARCA4/SMARCA2 degrader (ACBI1) as well as the PBRM1 inhibitor (PB16), and less overlap with the BRD9 degrader (dBRD9) and cBAF inhibitor (BD98), suggesting sub-complex specific regulation of gene regulation in prostate cancer cells.
