Therefore, based on previous studies performed by other investigators to inhibit TLR4 and TLR9 using other strategies [64,65,75] and our published data on the inhibition of the sialyation of polysialyltransferases ST8SiaII and ST8SiaIV in rhabdomyosarcoma tumor cells [59], we hypothesize that these intrabodies may show promise in reducing tumor growth in xenograft mouse models.
