The overexpression of CD10 has been identified as a valuable diagnostic marker that can differentiate between benign and malignant phyllodes tumors in the breast (Ibrahim, 2011; Tariq et al., 2015; Puri et al., 2016), as well as distinguish invasive breast carcinoma from ductal carcinoma in myoepithelial cells of the breast (Kalof et al., 2004). This evidence concerns the gene MME and invasive breast carcinoma.
