By employing a B16F10 cell line that stably expresses ZsGreen (ZsG) (i.e., B16F10-ZsG) as a model tumor antigen in combination with a BH treatment scheme that elicits abscopal tumor control, we specifically investigated (i) tumor BH-induced antigen drainage to lymph nodes, (ii) tumor antigen acquisition and partitioning by phagocytic immune cells and DC subsets in the TDLN, (iii) DC activation as a function of tumor antigen acquisition, and (iv) the trafficking potential of antigen positive DCs through CD8α+ (tissue resident) and CD103+ (migratory) cDC1 subpopulations. This evidence concerns the gene ITGAE and neoplasm.
