NFKB2 and lung carcinoma: They also suggested that the increased protumor activity in NF-κB2–KO mice caused by B cell NF-κB2 deficiency and B cell reduction is dominated by the increased antitumor immunity induced by NF-κB2 deficiency in immune cells other than B cells, resulting in the overall decreased lung cancer in NF-κB2–KO mice.
