Cytokine composition analysis in prostate cancer cells indicated that the loss of METTL1 could facilitate the secretion of IFN, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), while downregulate release of macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF), IL10 and IL13123. Here, METTL1 is linked to prostate cancer.
