Xu et al. [50] revealed that the expression of ITGB2 stratifies glioma patients into high and low subgroups, with different clinical outcomes and immune activation states; a higher level of ITGB2 expression in glioma patients was associated with a better immune response, which was consistent with our findings that the ITGB1 expression level positively correlated with immune infiltration in RA. Here, ITGB1 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
