The KEGG analysis showed that DEGs were associated with Th1, Th2, and Th17 cell differentiation, IL-17 signaling pathway, T cell receptor signaling pathway, leukocyte transendothelial migration, cell adhesion molecules, circadian entrainment, endocrine resistance, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, NF-κB signaling pathway, relaxin signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, estrogen signaling pathway, and apoptosis, which might resemble the pathological process of rheumatoid arthritis (Figure 3C). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
