It has been reported that LEF‐1 is an important TF in the Wnt/β–catenin signal pathway [31], c‐Myc is an important TF in the processes of cell cycle, apoptosis, and senescence [32], MAZ regulates the transcriptional initiation and termination of the MYC gene [33], and ATF2 participates in tumor formation and progression [34, 35]. This evidence concerns the gene LEF1 and neoplasm.
