Agents targeting TP53 mutations include APR‐246, MK‐1775, ALT‐801, and Kevetrin,40 and while these agents are still in early‐stage clinical trials, promising results have been reported in metastatic colon cancer, acute myeloid leukemia, and myelodysplastic syndromes.41, 42.
