Boddicker and co-workers [6] showed that BRCA PSV carriers over age 65 years continue to be at increased BC risk, with an estimated residual risk of BC from age 66 to 85 years 18–20% (compared with 6.8% in the general population), with an odds ratios (OR) of 3.37 and 2.62 for BRCA1 and BRCA2, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene BRCA1 and breast cancer.
