Abnormal concentrations of liver enzymes, including ALT (15.2% [524/3442] vs. 10.4% [573/5518], p < 0.001), AST (11.8% [407/3438] vs. 6.4% [351/5512], p < 0.001), and GGT (26.1% [303/1159] vs. 17.4% [222/1276], p < 0.001), were more frequently observed in patients with psoriasis than with AD.
