Combined with the current research on the application of TESTOSTERONE and CYCLOSPORINE in autoimmune diseases [107–109], we speculate that TESTOSTERONE and CYCLOSPORINE may regulate the abnormal activity of immune cells and reduce inflammation by targeting the inhibition of CXCL10, a proinflammatory cytokine, and IL15, an activator of immune cells. The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is autoimmune disease.
