Age, gender, clinical features (heart rate, SBP, DBP, and BMI), vascular risk factors (hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and diabetes mellitus), smoking and drinking history, RNF213 p.R4810K mutation status, and clinical type showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P > 0.05). Here, RNF213 is linked to familial hypercholesterolemia.
