There are a few reported cases of myeloid sarcoma related to AML with RBM15::MRTFA(MKL1) fusion in the literature, which mimic non-hematologic malignancies like neuroblastoma [8, 9], hepatoblastoma [10], or small round blue cell tumor [11], thus the differential diagnosis may be challenging. The gene discussed is MRTFA; the disease is neuroblastoma.
