Therefore, we analysed RNA-sequencing data of FOXP2 overexpression in a cell-line not derived from the central nervous system (human osteosarcoma epithelial cell line) and revealed the transcriptional correlates of FOXP2 overexpression were enriched for a broad range of pathways related to factors including extracellular matrix biology, glycosylation, and interleukin signalling, amongst many others (Supplementary Data 8-11, Online Methods)32.
