Anti-CTLA-4 was associated with statistically significant increased odds of hypophysitis compared with conventional therapy (OR 60.96, 95% CrI 15.88 to 374.52), anti-CTLA-4 plus conventional therapy (OR 15.49, 95% CrI 1.96 to 142.73), and anti-PD-1/PD-L1 (OR 4.81, 95% CrI 2.31 to 11.59). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and hypophysitis.
