We analyzed RNA-Seq data of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC)-related tissues from the TNMplot database (tnmplot.com), and found that DIRAS1 mRNA levels were significantly reduced in CESC tissues (N = 304), compared to normal cervical tissues (Figure 3a). This evidence concerns the gene DIRAS1 and endocervical adenocarcinoma.
