Building on the observation that SQLE silencing deactivated the FAK/PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling pathway, which, when inhibited, increases OSA cells’ sensitivity to MTX, ADM and DDP,45 we hypothesized that FR194738 synergizes with these first‐line chemotherapy drugs in OSA. This evidence concerns the gene PTK2 and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
