Building on the observation that SQLE silencing deactivated the FAK/PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling pathway, which, when inhibited, increases OSA cells’ sensitivity to MTX, ADM and DDP,45 we hypothesized that FR194738 synergizes with these first‐line chemotherapy drugs in OSA.
