In response to MG, gene expression is up-regulated at the infection site in pathogen-recognition receptors (e.g. TLR1B), signalling molecules and their receptors (such as CXCL12 and IL17R), adaptive cell-surface receptors (CD74) and various other immunomodulators (e.g. ACOD1). This evidence concerns the gene CD74 and myasthenia gravis.
