Further analysis revealed that the expression of the POLE2 protein was higher in high-grade muscle invasive BLCA than in the low-grade muscle invasive BLCA, and also higher in the high-grade non-muscle invasive BLCA c than the low-grade non-muscle invasive BLCA (Figure 6M&N), suggesting a potential association between POLE2 and the progression of BLCA. This evidence concerns the gene POLE2 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
